- Seek goods (full load) for vehicle from market and contractual customers.
- Place vehicles in appropriate manner where maximum profit is generated.
- Verify documents provided by parties like Invoice / E-Way Bill / Weight Slip etc.
- Monitor and minimise on route cost for effective service.
- Get freight from multiple transport brokers and decide appropriate one.
- Ensure all booking and placement entries in the register on same day.
- Overlook after vehicle loading and unloading & ensure/maintain timeline for the same.
- Discuss with drivers and decide ‘Hamali’ / ‘Warai’ wherever necessary.
- Collect Proof of Delivery (PODs) from Drivers within appropriate time and update the same.
- Address and resolve this issues arising out of damages and shortages.
- Ensure payment collection from parties within stipulated time.
- Follow-up with transport brokers / parties for pending payment.
- Coordinate with Accounts department for payment received and payment not received.
- Coordinate with Control Tower (CT) for vehicle tracking and get updates of on route vehicle.
- Develop network with transport broker / parties and build relation with as prospecting business.
- Provide special attention to market movements and report to seniors.
- Provide MIS to seniors within stipulated time
