**Eligibility Criteria**
- Bachelor s Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field required
- 2+ years of experience delivering information technology services and 2-3 years’ experience in Infrastructure support
- Experience in VMware infrastructure support
- Experience in Asset Management and End point systems
- Experience in IT Service Management process
- Support the team with the technical expertise on End point systems;
- & infrastructure tools.
- Knowledge in IT Governance, Audit and Compliance

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Technical specialist and support on VMware ESX and Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization technologies including incident and work requests within the virtualization infrastructure.
- Work on Projects on Windows OS build, Setup, Test, Migrate and Support.
- Asset Governance for the offshore locations which includes frequent visits.
- Work on multiple projects and operational activities both as a lead and team member
- IT asset Management and Compliance
- In Depth knowledge on the compute infrastructure, good knowledge of the general IT processes and be able to provide technical assistance to the end user teams.
- Should be willing to Travel. The role requires 50% travel.

**Mandatory skills required**
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, at all levels including vendors, peers, business stakeholders and management required.
- VMware and Windows OS Build and support.
- Detail-oriented team player with strong technical skills, problem solving and leadership skills
- Self-directed with experience in managing priorities and timelines
- Windows OS and VMware certifications.
