**Job Summary**:
The Continental Chef will prepare and present high-quality dishes from the Continental Cuisine menu while maintaining food safety standards. They will work closely with the culinary team to ensure a delightful dining experience for customers and adhere to Bong Pizza's standards of quality and taste.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**:

- Prepare and cook continental dishes, including soups, salads, appetizers, main courses, and desserts, as per the menu.
- Experiment and contribute to menu development by suggesting new recipes and dishes.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure the quality, consistency, and presentation of dishes meet the restaurant's standards.
- Monitor and control food portioning, waste, and spoilage.
- **Kitchen Operations**:

- Manage mise en place (preparation of ingredients) before service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- **Food Safety & Hygiene**:

- Follow and enforce strict hygiene and food safety standards (e.g., FSSAI guidelines).
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and raw materials.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with the Head Chef and other team members to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
- Train and mentor junior staff or kitchen assistants as required.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and report requirements to the procurement team.
- Minimize wastage by optimizing ingredient usage.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Chef: 1 year (preferred)
