**Summary**

The Power BI Analyst will be responsible for the development of analytics, business insights, designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports for business Legal, Operations, Sales and Finance departments.

**Essential Functions**
- Work closely with the IT and business leadership teams to identify, develop, and implement analytics solutions to satisfy key business information needs.
- Translate data into actionable insights.
- Design and maintain management dashboards, KPI scorecards and visual reports for performance tracking.
- Implement best practices for dashboard reporting to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Create visually appealing and interactive data visualizations to convey complex information effectively.
- Support business decisions through ad hoc analysis.
- Connect data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business intelligence.
- Use statistical techniques to identify the root causes of effects observed in data.
- Work with 3rd party consultants and data warehouse teams to ensure data quality.
- Partner with the Machine Learning team for program alignment.
- Exhibit extraordinary passion to solve problems.
- Report BI program status to departmental management.
- Power BI development.
- SQL development.
