**About Client -** Since 2015 they have been serving in and around London. It Specialises in house renovation, home extension, Garage conversion, loft conversion, refurbishment, kitchen extension, and Bathroom remodelling jobs.

- Readiness to work permanently in the Late Morning shift (10:30 AM to 7:30 PM) to get 3-4 hours overlap with the UK Office
- Ideally understands the Building / Construction industry. Sound experience with material planning, Cost estimation, Billing, and Project planning.
- English language is essential, as other members of the team don’t understand Hindi or any other Indian language.

**Job description -**
- Working with the UK counterparts and the team on project direct and indirect cost estimates independently or in a group
- Estimating various small and large projects in accordance with the industry standards and client specifications
- Liaise with frontline engineers, operators, and construction personnel to identify and review work to be estimated, drawings, specifications, and related internally and externally generated documents
- Including time and material requirements, labor resources (costs and quantities), and where necessary.
- Preparing material take-offs, developing corresponding estimates as well as obtaining quotations from vendors and subcontractors for materials and contracted tasks not being performed by the company
- Presenting the estimate to internal and external clients - Being responsible for the accuracy and validity of estimate clarifications and assumptions - All other duties as assigned

**Qualifications -**
- Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in any specialization or related field (Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement)
- Good level knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup work processes and knowledge of all types of building Projects.
- Ability to work independently, think creatively and analytically, and make quick and sound decisions
- Working knowledge of Excel is preferred.
- Interest to learn and develop estimation skills and software skills in various industries - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- OSHA Experience advantage.
- Must be able to read blueprints, structural drawings, plan sets and all construction-related materials.
- Collaborating with Architects, Supervisors, Engineers and others to efficiently set project specs, timetables, and forecast deliveries.
- Advanced understanding of risk management policies and procedures - Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes and equipment
- Determine the resources required (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to end while keeping budgetary constraints in mind.
- To ensure that deadlines are met, plan all construction operations and arrange intermediate phases
- Assess progress and create thorough reports
- Ensure that all health and safety requirements are followed, and report any issues that arise.
- Keeping UK management up to date on daily / Weekly progress
- The goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed on schedule, according to specifications, and under budget.

**H&S -**
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety procedures.
- Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and near-misses; recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Facilitate safety training and awareness programs for employees.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of safety activities, inspections, and compliance documentation.
- Readiness to work permanently in Late Morning shift (10:30 Am to 7:00 PM) to get 2-3 hours overlap with the UK Office

Pay: ₹17,360.53 - ₹49,858.04 per month
