Process Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Process Associate** to join our **Purchasing/Procurement Department**. The role involves supporting the procurement process, handling vendor documentation, purchase orders, and ensuring timely and accurate execution of purchasing activities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the end-to-end purchasing process, including requisition, purchase order creation, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain and update supplier databases and purchase records.
- Ensure accurate entry of procurement data into ERP/CRM systems.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.
- Support the team in reviewing contracts, invoices, and payment processing.
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Assist in preparing purchasing reports and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Strong MS Excel and data management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational ability.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
