**Job Overview**

We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Info HR Solutions. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and is suitable for individuals with less than 1 year of experience.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional language Tamil
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assist customers with product or service-related inquiries and issues
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving problems in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer support processes
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
- Manage and resolve customer complaints or conflicts.

Languages required : Malayalam & English

Any One Regional Language & English is Mandatory

Salary : 17k CTC Take home : 14k + Incentives

Qualification : PUC or Any Degree

Mode of work : Work from Office

Location : Bangalore
