Logistics Executive

**About Position**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Executive. As a Logistics Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of our company's
logistics operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and materials. Your expertise in logistics management and strong problem-solving skills will be instrumental in optimizing our supply chain, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the documentation and compliance requirements related to logistics operations, including customs
regulations, import/export documentation, and hazardous materials handling.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline and improve logistics operations.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and
materials, while maintaining cost-effective practices.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop
action plans to address any issues or bottlenecks in the supply chain.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as procurement, sales, and production, to ensure accurate forecasting and planning to meet customer demands.
- Evaluate and select third-party logistics providers and negotiate contracts to secure cost-effective
transportation and storage services.
- Continuously assess and improve logistics processes and systems to enhance efficiency, reduce costs,
and mitigate risks.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in logistics management to drive innovation and competitiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Must have knowledge of International logistics, Import-Export Documentation, Customs Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. A
master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience of 1 year in logistics management, preferably in a supervisory or executive role.
- Open to travel as per the operation requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve logístical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective
relationships with suppliers and service providers.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet
deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with
cross-functional teams and communicate complex logistics concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,343.64 - ₹30,704.35 per month
