**Job duties and responsibilities**

**Resource Mobilization & Fundraising**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to support Vriddha Mitra’s programs.
- Identify, research, and engage with potential donors, corporate partners, and grant-making.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with existing and potential donors to ensure long-term engagement.
- Organize fundraising events and campaigns to attract financial and in-kind contributions.
- Explore CSR funding opportunities and establish partnerships with corporate organizations.

**Partnership Development & Stakeholder Engagement**
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, NGOs, private sector partners, and philanthropic organizations.
- Represent Vriddha Mitra in donor meetings, corporate networking events, and fundraising forums.
- Work closely with the communications team to develop donor engagement materials, impact reports, and case studies.
- Establish community-based fundraising models to enhance grassroots-level resource mobilization.

**Monitoring, Reporting & Compliance**
- Track and document fundraising efforts, ensuring timely reporting to donors and stakeholders.
- Monitor grant agreements and ensure compliance with donor requirements.
- Maintain a donor database, ensuring timely acknowledgments and updates.
- Develop periodic reports, dashboards, and presentations on resource mobilization efforts.

**Innovation & Capacity Building**
- Identify new and innovative fundraising methods, including digital campaigns and crowdfunding initiatives.
- Provide capacity-building support to field teams on fundraising strategies.
- Stay updated on fundraising trends and best practices to enhance Vriddha Mitra’s funding strategies.

**Required qualifications, experience and skills**
- Postgraduate degree in Development Studies, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in fundraising, resource mobilization, corporate partnerships, or donor relations, preferably in the development sector.
- Proven track record of securing grants, sponsorships, and CSR funding.
- Strong understanding of CSR laws, donor engagement, and grant management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and fundraising platforms.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple fundraising initiatives simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:
