Credence Resource Management

Credence Resource Management is a debt collections company. All the processes are related to debt collections. Our company started in the year of 2014 in the month of April.

When the company was started there were only 27 employees and now we are 2000 plus employees and we are constantly growing.

There are three types of domains we have

Health Care:
Under healthcare domain we collect bills for hospital, medical and ambulance rides.

Telecom:
Under this domain we collect bills for Internet, Landline phones and mobile phones.

Utility:
Under this domain we collect bills for TV.

Policies and benefits:
8 Hours of shifts ( 7.15 hours login )

Shift Timings:
First Shift: 5:30Pm to 1:30Am (Alternate Sat working) Rest of the Sat and Sundays are fixed offs

Mid Shift: 9:00Pm to 5:00Am (Alternate Sat working) Rest of the Sat and Sundays are fixed offs

Last Shift: 1:30Am to 9:30Am (Only One Saturday working) Rest of the Sat and Sundays are fixed offs

Overtime : (Voluntary)

Overtime is Paid at Credence. One hour is paid at the rate of 150rs per hour. Extra days can be paid on the basis of one days gross salary.** According the number to days worked.

Salary Cycle:
Salary Cycle is from 21st of every month to 20th of the next month. Salary, Incentives and OT and other earnings will be paid on every 1st of the month. If the 1st of the month is a Weekend or national holiday the salary will be paid one day prior or after.
