Generating Leads and cold calls
- Conducting inquiries and following up with them
- Connecting with new students generated through various marketing activities
- Process the admission and take regular follow-ups.
- Make mailers or other outbound data for student communication.
- Carry out the registration process.
- Maintaining student data and registration procedure
- Collect the necessary documents after the registration and maintain them properly.
- Observe and evaluate students' performance and academic progress on a daily or weekly basis
- Assist students in reviewing their progress
- Taking students’ feedback and creating data ready for analysis
- Student support activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smoother admission process.
- Maintaining accurate records of the students counselled and regular reporting.
- Responsible for conducting seminars / workshops / expert sessions etc.
- Interacting with faculties for their progress and daily batches
- Other admin responsibilities
- Working as first point of contact

- Able to communicate clearly and effectively with team members
- A self-motivated go-getter with excellent communication
- Ability to work independently
- Should be expert in MS Excel & Power point presentations
- Multitasking abilities & people orientation

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Academic counseling: 1 year (preferred)
