**Counsellor**

As an academic counsellor, your primary responsibility is to assist students in achieving their academic and personal goals by providing guidance, support, and resources. You will work closely with students to help them make informed decisions about their educational paths and ensure they have the tools they need to succeed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing personalized career guidance and conducting skills assessments to aid in individual career development.
- Engaging with students to identify challenges and establish attainable objectives.
- Facilitating conflict resolution among students, teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Designing, implementing, and overseeing counselling programs.
- Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the institute's curriculum and offerings.
- Advising professional executives on educational programs tailored to their specific needs.
- Streamlining the admission process to ensure a seamless experience for prospective students.
- Cultivating and maintaining professional relationships with both current and prospective students.
- Collaborating with the institute's operations team to address student inquiries effectively.
- Resolving student issues promptly and effectively.
- Providing regular progress updates and reports to team leads and management.
- Engaging in cold calling and managing databases to generate leads.
- Successfully converting leads into admissions.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any stream.
- Good communication skills - written and verbal skills(Gujarati also preferred).
- Proficient in Computer skills such as - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Enthusiastic, self-driven and goal-oriented.
- Attention to details.
- Keen to learn new skills within the team.
- Freshers & Experienced both can apply.

**Timings - **10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Mon-Sat)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
