Telesales Executive

**What will you do?**
- Contact potential customers by phone to sell products or services
- Use scripts to provide information about product features, prices, and benefits
- Answer questions from customers and explain the benefits of products or services
- Maintain a database of prospective customers and call logs
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote future sales
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Build long-term relationships with customers and maintain a high level of customer service
**What You Have.**
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Strong sales skills and a track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
