**IT Business Partner (F/M/D)**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Business-IT Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the business and IT departments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the key point of contact for communication with regional stakeholders regarding IT KPIs, ongoing projects, and incident management.
- Escalation Management: Manage and resolve escalations related to IT services, ensuring swift action to minimize impact on business operations.
- Global Team Coordination: Work closely with the global IT team to align project requirements and the responsibilities of the Business Partner role.
- Project Management: Lead key IT projects, including requirement gathering, stakeholder identification, project assignment, and delivery oversight.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent with 10 to 15 years of IT and business/industry work experience.
