As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your warm demeanor, excellent communication skills, and organizational abilities will ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all who interact with our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for meetings and conference rooms.
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding the organization and its services.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings as required.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
