**Job Description: MEP Draftsman**

**Position Title**: MEP Draftsman

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Level**: 1+ Years’
**Salary**:10k + Depends on the Experience

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Drafting & Design**: Prepare detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems as per project specifications and client requirements.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within overall project designs.
- **Documentation**: Create and maintain accurate project documentation, including shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical specifications.
- **Compliance**: Ensure designs comply with local building codes, standards, and regulations.
- **Revisions & Updates**: Modify drawings based on feedback and changes during the project lifecycle.
- **Software Usage**: Proficiently use CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or other relevant design tools.
- **Troubleshooting**: Assist in resolving technical issues related to MEP systems during design and construction phases.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 Year of experience in drafting MEP systems.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit MEP.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection).
- Knowledge of local building codes and standards.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in BIM modeling and coordination.
- Familiarity with construction practices and site coordination.
- Additional certifications in MEP design or drafting.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
