Responsibilities : Create detailed technical drawings, schematics, and plans using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, etc.).Interpret architectural and engineering sketches and specifications. Revise drawings based on feedback and updates from engineers or architects. Maintain and organize project drawing files and documents.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure drawing accuracy. Conduct site visits when required to collect data or measurements. Ensure compliance with industry and company standards in all drawings. Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and material estimates.

Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, etc.). Strong attention to detail and precision. Good understanding of construction and design principles. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Strong organizational and communication skills. Minimum [X] years of experience in a similar role.--Preferred Qualifications (Optional):Experience in [specific industry, e.g., MEP, civil, structural, etc.].Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling).Familiarity with local building codes and standards.--Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits. May require extended hours to meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
