**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Analyze Project Blueprints and Specifications**: Interpret architectural plans and specifications to create detailed, accurate technical and shop drawings.
- **Collaborate with Engineers and Project Managers**: Work closely with project stakeholders to understand design intent and technical requirements.
- **Manage Drawing Deadlines**: Ensure timely preparation and submission of technical drawings in accordance with project schedules.
- **Technical Documentation**: Assist in preparing construction drawings, tender documents, bid proposals, and detailed design packages.
- **Research and Design Enhancement**: Stay updated on the latest construction materials, drafting technologies, and industry trends to support innovative design solutions.
- **Progress Reporting**: Provide regular updates to the design and project management teams regarding drawing status and any challenges.
- **Ensure Drawing Quality**: Deliver high-quality, accurate drawings that meet project and client specifications.
- **Stay Current with Drafting Tools**: Continuously upgrade skills in AutoCAD, BIM, and other design software to improve efficiency and output quality.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 5-6 years of experience as a Draftsman, preferably in an architecture firm, real estate company, or construction/builder firm.
- **Proficient in AutoCAD**; knowledge of Revit, BIM, or other drafting tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with building codes, construction methods, and detailing standards.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- **Licensing in drafting or architecture (preferred but not mandatory).**
