**Job Title: MIS Executive**

**Location**: Mira Road and Saki Naka Warehouses

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage inventory movement to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize Excel for data analysis, including VLOOKUP and PIVOT tables.
- Operate and maintain databases, and generate reports as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve ad-hoc queries.
- Manage cash and online payments, ensuring accurate processing and recording.
- Handle high volumes of cash and cheques with diligence and integrity.
- Take ownership of tasks and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Skills and Expertise Required**:

- **Inventory Movement**: Thorough understanding and experience in managing inventory.
- **Excel Proficiency**: Advanced skills in Excel, including VLOOKUP and PIVOT tables.
- **Client Communication**: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
- **Payment Processing**: Knowledge of handling both cash and online payments.
- **Cash and Cheque Handling**: Comfortable managing large volumes of cash and cheques.
- **Responsibility and Initiative**: Ability to take on tasks willingly and handle them with responsibility.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience of 2-3 years in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
