Mis Executive

**Role Overview**

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team. In this onsite role, you will be responsible for managing subscription data, generating insightful reports, and supporting internal teams with data-driven decision-making. Your role will involve maintaining accurate records, resolving data discrepancies, and collaborating with multiple departments to optimize subscription workflows.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Subscription Data Management
- Maintain and update accurate subscription records in the system.
- Monitor subscription statuses (active, pending, expired) to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Generate and share reports on subscription trends and performance metrics with internal teams.

2. Data Management and Analysis
- Collect, organize, and maintain accurate data from various sources.
- Analyze data trends, identify discrepancies, and provide insights for business optimization.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in the development of performance dashboards.

3. Report Generation and Excel Expertise
- Create and generate regular MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) using Excel and other relevant tools.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and data visualization tools to organize and present data.

4. Client Interaction and Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for all subscription-related data inquiries from clients.
- Notify clients proactively about upcoming renewals, expirations, and plan upgrade opportunities.
- Resolve client issues related to payments, renewals, and service interruptions with data-backed solutions.

5. Internal Team Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to optimize data workflows.
- Provide client feedback and data insights to product and marketing teams to improve services and processes.
- Ensure subscription data aligns with internal operations for consistency and accuracy.

6. Process Optimization and Workflow Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in the subscription data management process and recommend actionable improvements.
- Implement best practices for subscription lifecycle and data management.
- Ensure all processes adhere to company policies and data protection standards.

7. Database Management
- Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

8. Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, renewals, and subscription statuses.
- Create and distribute periodic analytical reports on subscription activities to relevant teams.

**Qualifications**

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology/Engineering, or a related field. -1+ years of experience in MIS, data management, subscription management, or customer success roles.

**Skills**
- Strong organizational and data management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for client and team interactions.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or subscription management software.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills to address client and process needs.

**Preferred**
- Basic understanding of SaaS subscription models or IoT product environments.
- Familiarity with payment gateways and recurring billing systems.
