**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive **MIS Executive** with strong expertise in **App Scripts** to join our dynamic team. As an MIS Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our Management Information Systems (MIS) processes, ensuring the availability of accurate, timely, and actionable data for decision-making. Your role will also involve automating and streamlining reporting processes through Google Apps Script or similar automation tools.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **MIS Reporting & Analysis**:

- Develop, generate, and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and performance metrics across various business functions.
- Monitor and analyze data trends, key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to management for data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of MIS data, identifying discrepancies and troubleshooting errors in data sources or reporting.
- **Automation Using App Scripts**:

- Design, develop, and maintain custom automation scripts using Google Apps Script (for Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.) to automate data collection, processing, and reporting.
- Create and optimize workflow automations for improved efficiency and reduced manual intervention in reporting tasks.
- Integrate Google Apps with other internal systems and third-party tools to streamline operations and data sharing.
- **Data Management & Integration**:

- Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple internal and external systems for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Implement data integration solutions using APIs or App Scripts to ensure seamless data flow between systems like Google Sheets, CRMs, ERPs, etc.
- **Documentation & Process Improvement**:

- Create detailed documentation for reporting processes, automated scripts, and system integrations.
- Continuously review and recommend improvements to MIS processes, workflows, and data collection mechanisms.
- **Collaboration & Support**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their reporting and data needs and tailor MIS solutions accordingly.
- Provide training and support to end-users on report generation, data interpretation, and using automated tools.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge and experience with **Google Apps Script** for automation, reporting, and data management.
- Proficiency in **Google Sheets** (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and functions).
- Familiarity with other tools like **Google Data Studio**, **Power BI**, or **Tableau** for data visualization (preferred).
- Understanding of **SQL** or similar query languages for data extraction from relational databases.
- Experience with **API integrations** and automating workflows using third-party tools.
- **Experience & Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science**, **Information Technology**, **Business Analytics**, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in **MIS**, data management, reporting, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in developing automated reporting solutions using **Google Apps Script** or similar tools.
- **Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills**:

- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret and analyze large data sets and present insights effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues related to data quality, reporting errors, or script performance.
- **Communication & Teamwork**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with different business units and stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Knowledge of **Python** or **JavaScript** for advanced scripting or data handling.
- Experience with cloud-based data storage solutions like **Google Cloud Platform** or **AWS**.
- Familiarity with other **BI tools** and **reporting systems** (Excel Power Query, R, etc.).

Pay: ₹24,828.68 - ₹35,761.91 per month
