**Underwriter/Property
- Fire Insurance**
- **Experience**:5 to 7years
- As an **Underwriting - Commercial Lines**, you will assess and evaluate risks related to property fire insurance, determining appropriate coverage, pricing, and terms in line with industry standards.
- **Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Review fire insurance policies and property details (e.g., structure, location).
- Assess risks like construction materials, fire protection, and historical loss data.
- Calculate premiums and propose coverage options.
- Collaborate with clients and insurers to clarify underwriting decisions.
- Monitor claims and adjust underwriting as needed.
- Prepare RFQs and QCRs, review policy terms, and propose adjustments.
- **Fire Insurance Products**:

- **Sokshma**: Risk assessment and fire protection recommendations.
- **CAR**: Coverage for property damage and third-party risks in construction.
- **SFSP**: Coverage for fire, explosion, theft, earthquake, and more.
- **IAR**: Comprehensive coverage for industrial properties, including business interruption.
- **Mega IAR**: Extensive coverage for large-scale projects with high-value assets.
- **EAR**: Erection All Risk Insurance
- **Desired Profile**:

- 5 to 7 years of experience in general insurance or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or insurance.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
