**Position Title**: Telesales Executive/Customer service Executive.
**Location**: Thane ,Mumbai.
**About Jai Kisan**: Jai Kisan was founded with the vision of making financial inclusion a reality for rural individuals and businesses. Jai Kisan today provides digital financial services starting with credit for online and offline, income generating, rural commerce transactions.
Informal credit by the merchant or seller is an expectation for customers and not a value-added service in rural India. Lack of formalized credit poses a dire and imperative challenge for rural businesses to grow. Jai Kisan has leveraged the captive relationship between the business and the farmer and rural individuals in a B2B2C manner to deploy credit to farmers and rural individuals in a sustainable manner working with 700+ organized and unorganized entities in the space with a cumulative customer base of over 1.5 lakh rural individuals including farmers. Jai Kisan has raised $4mn in pre series A (2020) and $30mn in series A funding (2021) led by marquee institutional financial investors (Mirae Asset, Blume and Arkam, amongst others) and strategic investors (NABARD and Syngenta).
**Job Description** You will report to the Inside Sales -Manager. Your responsibilities will be selling products & services of the company over the phone & assisting the supervisor in managing the team in his absence. The objective of this position is to deliver monthly sales targets while keeping quality and customer satisfaction at expected levels.
**Essentials to this role** **Good Analytical, Organizational, and Communication skills. ** Ability to work under pressure in a high churning environment and deliver quality output on time. **Should be a quick learner.**
**Qualifications** **Undergraduate & above. ** 2 -3 years’ experience in Inside Sales/Telesales preferably from the Insurance domain. **Fluent in at least 2 South Indian & English language.**
