Position Overview:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and engage potential customers to generate sales.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of furniture products and offer solutions to meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide quotations, and close sales.
- Work closely with the showroom team to optimize in-store and online sales.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the logistics and delivery team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events when required.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in **sales, retail, or business development** (preferably in the furniture industry).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of **MS Office, CRM software, and digital sales platforms**.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Bachelor's degree in **Business, Marketing, or a related field** is preferred.
