**Job Title: International Logistics Executive / Logistics Coordinator (Urgent Requirement - Night Shift)**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate international and domestic shipments (sea, air, and land) to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare and manage documentation for export and import, including Bill of Lading (BL), commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.
- Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and overseas clients during night hours.
- Track shipments and update internal teams and clients on delivery status.
- Manage trucking logistics and ensure timely container movement.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping transactions and costs.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of order

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in international logistics, export documentation, and coordination.
- Strong knowledge of BL handling, trucking operations, and international compliance.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); logistics software knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,011.88 - ₹33,810.71 per month
