Job Overview

This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end export shipment management process in ocean FCL and Air mode. The successful candidate will deliver according to set financial and operational targets defined by key global customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of Export shipments, including container planning, booking, trailer placement, stuffing plan (max container utilization), export documentation (SI, VGM), RFID sealing, customs clearance with form 13, and container inward at port without DND charges.
  • Closely coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal stakeholders for accurate, compliant, and timely shipping documentation (BL copies) for export shipments with 100% accuracy.
  • Monitor shipment milestones and proactively address delays or issues.
  • Liaise with procurement, planning, finance, and other internal departments to ensure alignment on shipping timelines and documentation needs for domestic intra-company movement.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to stakeholders (internal and external) as per fixed schedule without error.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field.
  • Proper understanding of international supply chains with minimum 9 years of work experience from operational roles in logistics industry.
  • Excellent MS Excel and Power BI skills.
