**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver training programs on **O2C & P2P** processes for corporate teams and professionals.
- Provide hands-on training on **finance, procurement, invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciliation workflows**.
- Design instructional materials, case studies, and real-life business scenarios to enhance learning.
- Train employees on ERP systems like **SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other finance tools** (if applicable).
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and classroom sessions tailored to different audiences (finance teams, procurement teams, sales teams, etc.).
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and update content based on industry best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify **process improvement opportunities** and align training with business objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, automation tools, and compliance regulations affecting O2C and P2P workflows.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in **Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields**.
- **3-5+ years** of experience in **O2C, P2P, or financial process management**.
- Experience in **training, coaching, or corporate learning & development** preferred.
- Proficiency in **ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)** is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to **simplify complex financial processes** into engaging and interactive learning modules.
- Experience with process automation and compliance frameworks is a bonus.

**Preferred Certifications**:

- **Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP)**:

- **Certified Order to Cash Professional (CO2CP)**:

- **Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) for process improvement**:

- **Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification** (preferred)
