**Office time and working days**: Mon to sat 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

**Looking for Immediate joiners**

**Experience - 6 Months to 2 yrs**

**Salary - 15K -20K (In hand )**

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, and incorporate these insights into marketing strategies.

Plan and implement SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and other PPC (Pay-Per-Click) platforms.

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and user engagement, to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Utilize web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to management.

Manage social media accounts and engage with the online community, responding to comments, inquiries, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, content writers, and developers, to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, including emerging technologies and platforms, and make recommendations for incorporating new strategies and tools into the marketing mix.

Stay abreast of changing algorithms and policies of digital platforms and adjust marketing strategies accordingly to maintain compliance and optimize performance.

Conduct competitor analysis to identify their digital marketing strategies, tactics, and benchmarks, and develop counter-strategies to gain a competitive advantage.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, techniques, and best practices.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
