**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:

- Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking events, cold calling, door-to-door sales, and social media outreach.
- Identify and prioritize potential members who fit the club's target demographic and have the potential to become long-term customers. Conduct persuasive sales presentations to prospective members, effectively communicating the benefits and features of club membership.

Membership Sales:

- Conduct persuasive sales presentations to prospective members, effectively communicating the benefits and features of club membership.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand the needs and preferences of potential members and tailor membership packages to meet their requirements.

Sales Strategies and Ideas:

- Develop innovative sales strategies and ideas to maximize membership sales and achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Effective Communication Skills:

- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the club's value proposition and address any questions or concerns raised by potential members.
- Build rapport and establish trust with potential members through authentic and engaging interactions.

Statewide Sales Outreach:

- Travel extensively throughout the state to promote and sell club memberships, attending events, visiting businesses, and engaging with potential members in various locations.
- Maintain a proactive approach to sales by continuously seeking out new opportunities and expanding the club's membership base.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles preferred, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and
- establish trust with potential members.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Confident and presentable with a professional demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
