**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Amazon Store Management**:
- Oversee and manage the company’s Amazon store, including product listings, content updates, and ongoing optimization.
- Implement and maintain Amazon SEO strategies to improve rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Manage Amazon Seller Central/ Vendor Central, optimizing product listings, A+ Content, Enhanced Brand Content, and Sponsored Ads.
- **E-Commerce Platform Management**:
- Oversee day-to-day operations on e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Manage product uploads, descriptions, pricing, inventory tracking, and promotions.
- Ensure seamless integration between e-commerce platforms and other business systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
- **Performance & Sales Optimization**:
- Conduct keyword research, optimize product titles and descriptions, and track performance to enhance visibility and sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior data to improve user experience and optimize sales strategies.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Amazon Brand Analytics, and other performance tracking systems for insights and improvements.
- **Advertising & Promotions**:
- Manage and optimize Amazon Advertising (PPC campaigns, Sponsored Ads, Display Ads).
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales to boost visibility and sales.
- Work closely with marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding across all channels.
- **Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination**:
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained for e-commerce platforms.
- Manage and optimize Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) to ensure timely restocks and prevent stockouts.
- Monitor and manage fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- **Customer Relations**:
- Manage and respond to customer reviews, questions, and inquiries on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure top-tier customer service standards are met and drive positive customer feedback and ratings.
- **Compliance & Policies**:
- Stay updated on Amazon and e-commerce platform policies, ensuring full compliance with terms of service, seller agreements, and intellectual property rules.
- Ensure compliance with international and domestic regulations, such as taxation, shipping, and data privacy.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience managing Amazon or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and various e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize performance.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Amazon Advertising, and other e-commerce analytics platforms.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and Amazon’s marketplace policies.
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.
- Experience in managing international e-commerce sales.
