**Experience Required:2+ years in Continental cuisine**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, cook, and present exceptional Continental dishes with finesse.
- Design innovative menus, keeping up with food trends and customer preferences.
- Manage kitchen operations for the Continental section, ensuring efficiency and cleanliness.
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to uphold Eilly's reputation for excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Proven expertise in Continental cuisine with strong technical and plating skills.
- Ability to innovate and create unique dishes aligning with a high-end dining experience.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
