Tasks

**Requirements**:
IT Application Support
- Strong troubleshooting and creative problem-solving abilities, including being able to

interpret, understand, and troubleshoot internally developed systems
- Experience in basic Unix commands and administration. Experience in writing basic SQL.
- Experience in some scripting languages like shell and Powershell etc
- Able to work on MS SQL with efficiency in basic query writing, DB backups & maintenance

processes, SQL Jobs, Import/Export of data, etc.
- Must be familiar with Windows IIS and configurations of Websites/Applications.
- Knowledge of IBT (Internet based Trading) product integration in the Broking environment.

regulatory needs
- UAT (User Acceptance Testing) support including Planning strategy, IT/Technical Business

analysis,
- Analysing Quality-of-service (non-functional) requirements
- Perform the day-to-day tasks necessary to execute the responsibilities for the office including

EOD and BOD process and to provide advice and assistance as required.
- Experience and willing to work in 24\*7 shifts
