**Position**: Medical Psychologist

**Location**: ClearSkin & Hair MD Clinic

**Reports To**: Chief Medical Officer

**Job Summary**:
The Medical Psychologist at ClearSkin & Hair MD is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with psychological disorders, particularly those related to skin and hair conditions. The psychologist will work closely with dermatologists, trichologists, and other medical professionals to provide integrated care for patients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for patients with skin and hair conditions.
- Evaluate the impact of psychological factors on skin and hair health.
- **Diagnosis and Treatment Planning**:

- Formulate accurate diagnoses based on assessment findings.
- Develop individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based psychological interventions.
- **Psychotherapy**:

- Provide psychotherapy services to patients, utilizing various therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and supportive therapy.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, making adjustments as necessary.
- **Collaborative Care**:

- Collaborate closely with dermatologists, trichologists, and other medical professionals to ensure integrated care for patients.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and treatment plans.
- **Patient Education and Support**:

- Educate patients and their families about the psychological aspects of skin and hair conditions.
- Provide support and guidance to help patients cope with the emotional and psychological challenges related to their condition.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards regarding patient confidentiality and data protection.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay abreast of latest research and developments in the field of medical psychology, particularly as it relates to dermatology and trichology.
- Participate in continuing education and training activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
