**Role Overview**:
KinderSpring, a specialized care provider for children with autism and neurodevelopmental disorders, is looking for a dedicated **Medical Writer** to join our team. This role involves creating scientifically accurate, empathetic, and informative content focused on therapies, interventions, and care for children with neurodevelopmental challenges.

As a medical writer, you will work closely with our clinical and therapy teams to develop educational material for parents, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and internal use. Your writing will help bridge the gap between clinical knowledge and compassionate communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and write scientifically sound content on autism, ADHD, speech/language therapy, occupational therapy, and developmental milestones
- Create educational materials, therapy summaries, parent guides, blogs, and knowledge pieces for internal and external use
- Collaborate with therapists, psychologists, and medical professionals to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Translate complex clinical and scientific information into simple, engaging, and accessible language
- Assist in preparing content for awareness campaigns, brochures, presentations, and reports
- Ensure all content aligns with clinical standards, data privacy, and inclusive language guidelines
- Stay updated with the latest research and developments in pediatric neurodevelopmental care

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Psychology, Allied Health Sciences, or related fields
- 2-5 years of experience in medical, healthcare, or clinical writing
- Familiarity with neurodevelopmental disorders (Autism, ADHD, etc.) is highly preferred
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written English with the ability to write empathetically and clearly
- Ability to work cross-functionally with therapists, clinicians, and marketing teams
- Comfortable working in a startup or early-growth environment
