** Guest Relationship Executive (GRE)

**Primary Responsibilities**:
1. **Guest Reception & Greeting**
- Greet all walk-in clients with warmth and professionalism.
- Ensure clients feel welcomed and attended to promptly.

2. **Appointment Handling**
- Manage the appointment schedule using clinic software (e.g., Practo, Cliniko, or custom CRM).
- Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments via call/SMS/WhatsApp.

3. **Client Experience Management**
- Escort clients to the consultation or treatment rooms.
- Offer water/beverages and create a comfortable waiting environment.
- Collect feedback post-appointment to improve services.

4. **Pre & Post Consultation Assistance**
- Brief clients about the consultation or procedure they are scheduled for.
- Explain dos/don’ts after treatment as advised by the doctor.
- Ensure prescribed medications and post-care instructions are handed over clearly.

5. **Billing & Payment Support**
- Generate invoices and collect payments.
- Explain packages, discounts, or EMI options professionally.

6. **CRM & Record Maintenance**
- Maintain accurate and updated client records, photos, and treatment notes.
- Track treatment milestones and remind clients of follow-up visits.

7. **Customer Query & Complaint Handling**
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and escalate major issues to the manager.

8. **Coordination with Medical & Support Staff**
- Liaise with doctors, nurses, and therapists to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate between departments to manage client flow efficiently.

9. **Sales & Upselling**
- Suggest additional treatments, packages, or products if appropriate.
- Highlight seasonal offers or new service launches.

10. **Clinic Cleanliness & Ambience Check**
- Ensure waiting areas and consultation rooms are clean and well-maintained.
- Monitor music, lighting, fragrance, and seating comfort to enhance ambiance.

## **Skills & Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills (English + local language preferred)
- Pleasant personality with grooming suitable for a premium clinic
- Knowledge of CRM/EMR tools
- Prior experience in hospitality, healthcare, or customer service is a plus

Pay: ₹10,489.61 - ₹30,049.66 per month
