Kitchen Helper

**Job Description** : We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic kitchen Partner.

As a Kitchen Partner your role will include key responsibilities such as:

- Come to the outlets on time with good grooming standards.
- Open the outlet and keep the keys in the right place.
- Maintain complete knowledge of a particular day's menu items.
- To carry out daily procedures including temperature checks, food labelling/dating

and storage.
- Responsible for the daily Mise-en-place (Chopping, and duties assigned to meet the

set standards and qualities.
- Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas.
- Also responsible for UT and Housekeeping duties.
- Responsible for the preparation of Chapati, Paratha and settle bhaji.
- Ensure food should be packed as per our standards.
- To monitor food quality and quantity and be responsible to convey it to your seniors.
- To be fully aware of all hygiene control and chemicals used in the workplace.
- Everyone should follow Kitchen safety rules.

Skills:

- Basic knowledge of all sections
- Ability to work under supervision of a limited range
- Understanding of health and safety
- Good oral communication
- Team management skills
- Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes
- Positive and approachable manner
- Team player qualities

Qualification:

- Experience of kitchen equipment.
- Experience of dangerous equipment such as knives, stove.
- Minimum 6 months relevant experience.
