**About the organization**: A start-up advisory firm specializing in providing support on all aspects of starting and running a business in the early-stage ecosystem. The firm is looking for a Corporate Lawyer who is well-versed in drafting commercial agreements and handling VC transactions

**Broad Role Responsibilities**:

- Structuring transactions
- Drafting and negotiating Term Sheets
- Drafting and negotiating Share Subscription Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Shareholders' Agreements, Co-Founders' Agreements, Escrow Agreements, ESOP Policies, Advisory stocks, amongst others
- Conducting legal and compliance due diligence for start-ups
- Closing formalities for transactions

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience
- Must have experience in handling VC Transactions independently
- Work experience in a law firm is mandatory
- Education: LLB/LLM

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
