Avp - Banking Operation/ Investor Relation (Amc)

**Job Description**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**
Understanding of Banking Operations i.e. Cash Management Services offered by Banks
Collection process of Purchase / SIP/etc and timely reporting to Fund Managers.
Payout process of redemption / Dividend/ Brokerage etc
Coordination with Banks, handling queries with timely resolutions, Reports, Statements etc
Maintaining Relationships with all Banks empanelled by the AMC
Handling Service Agreements and relations with service providers like Banks, Aggregator, RTA, Reconciliation Agencies etc.
Coordination with Branches & Sales teams for Transations Reporting & Issues
Day to day coordination with Registrars, Investor Services and Other internal Departments
Transaction Banking knowledge on Banking websites.
Cash Flow Statements Preparation/ Reporting/projected Investable surplus reports preparations
CBLO/TREP Dealing knowledge like placement, borrowing etc.
Banking regulatory updates like KYC, periodical updations, ASL and Bank correspondence
Knowledge about Word, Excel and Power Point
