Join our company as we embark on an exciting global digital transformation of our Record-To-Report process using the **Redwood Finance Automation** tool.

**Your Role**

We are seeking an accounting professional with hands-on experience in Redwood and a strong understanding of business requirements. As the **Global BPE - Solution Designer**, you will drive automation by identifying auto-certification opportunities, establishing rules, and assisting the technical team during configuration phases. You will facilitate design workshops, collaborate with functional teams, and ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). This position provides growth opportunities, enabling you to shape your career while contributing to the optimization of our financial processes.

**Who You Are**:

- Have at least 5-7 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Hold a Degree in Account, Finance, Business Administration or related fields. Relevant Certifications (eg. CPA ICA) are a plus.
- Demonstrated experience with Redwood Finance Automation, including configuration and implementation.
- Solid understanding of ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC.
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting processes, including Financial Accounting (FI)/Controlling (CO), GL, Accounts Receivables (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Experience with large-scale transformation projects is highly preferred.
- Ability to design and document end-to-end accounting processes with an emphasis on compliance and efficiency.
- A positive attitude with the adaptability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in the MS Office Suite; and experience with data visualisation tools and reporting software is an advantage.
- Familiarity with agile project management is an advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
