Eurofins IT Solutions India Pvt Ltd (EITSI) is a fully owned subsidiary of Eurofins and functions as a Global Software Delivery Center exclusively catering to Eurofins Global IT business needs. The code shipped out of EITSI impacts the global network of Eurofins labs and services. The primary focus at EITSI is to develop the next generation LIMS (Lab Information Management system), Customer portals, e-commerce solutions, ERP/CRM system, Mobile Apps & other B2B platforms for various Eurofins Laboratories and businesses. Expected activities: - Administer back-end of Snow License Manager tool + offer technical support to local service desks when installing Snow agents - Administer back-end of IBM Apptio Cloudability tool - Develop & support self-built automation & reports (PowerBI & Python) Desired Skillset - Good knowledge of Python - Good knowledge of PowerBI - Knowledge of Microsoft SQL and PostgreSQL - Experience with basic Windows Server administration - Experience with Snow License Manager administration is a plus - Experience with IBM Apptio Cloudability administration is a plus **Additional Information** Personal Skills**: - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various topics related to project and otherwise. - Eager to learn and continuously develop personal and technical capabilities. **Required Qualifications**: - MCA or Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent. **PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL CRITERIA**: Eurofins has a strong focus on Performance Management system. This includes quarterly calibrations, half-yearly reviews and annual reviews. The KPIs shall be set and may vary slightly between projects. These will be clearly communicated, documented during the first 30 days of your joining.
