
Soft Service Executive

Key Responsibilities
- **Facility Management**:
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning, security, catering, waste management, and landscaping services.
- Ensure that all soft services meet the organization's standards and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Oversee the scheduling and performance of routine and periodic cleaning activities.
- **Vendor Management**:
- Liaise with external service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor vendor performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- **Health and Safety**:
- Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure that any issues are promptly addressed.
- Ensure all staff are trained in health and safety practices.
- **Budget Management**:
- Manage budgets for all soft services, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor expenses and identify areas for cost savings without compromising service quality.
- Prepare and present financial and operational reports to senior management.
- **Customer Service**:
- Respond promptly to any service-related issues or complaints.
- Maintain strong relationships with employees, clients, and visitors to ensure their needs are met.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to continually improve service delivery.
- **Team Management**:
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of soft service staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing support and development for team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role, preferably within a large organization.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in facilities management (e.g., IFMA, BIFM) is an advantage.
- Experience with sustainability initiatives and environmental management practices.
- Familiarity with contract management and negotiation.
Working Conditions
- The role typically involves working in an office environment with regular site inspections.
- May require flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, to oversee special events or address urgent issues.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
