Knowea Formation Limited is seeking a highly skilled Online Bidder & Website Sales Executive to drive business growth by leveraging online platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and LinkedIn. The role requires a professional with expertise in web technologies, digital sales, and business development to meet and exceed sales targets consistently. As part of our team, you will develop sales strategies, generate leads, and manage the full project lifecycle from bidding to delivery. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with both domestic and international clients and contribute significantly to the company’s success. --- Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Acquisition: Generate business through online bidding platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and LinkedIn. Identify potential clients, craft customized proposals, and secure projects in web technologies and services. 2. Sales Lead Generation: Develop strategies to identify and convert leads for website sales, digital marketing, and web development projects. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline for consistent growth. 3. Presales & Proposal Writing: Analyze client requirements, provide tailored solutions, and write persuasive proposals to win high-value projects. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate project estimation and delivery timelines. 4. Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering innovative solutions. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects on time and exceeding expectations. 5. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated with market trends and competitor strategies to refine sales processes. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s presence in digital and web services. 6. Portfolio Management: Manage and enhance the company’s portfolio to showcase expertise in web development and digital marketing. 7. Accountability & Reporting: Take full accountability for project bidding, development, and delivery. Provide detailed reports on sales performance, lead generation, and project success to management. --- Key Skills Required: Web Technologies & Web Services: Strong understanding of web development, design, and related technologies. Website Sales & Digital Sales: Expertise in selling web solutions and digital marketing services. Sales Lead Generation: Proven ability to identify and convert potential leads into long-term clients. Presales & Business Development: Proficiency in presales activities, proposal writing, and business development strategies. Digital Marketing: Knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques to offer additional client solutions. Online Bidding Expertise: Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. --- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields (preferred). Minimum 2+ years of experience in online bidding, web technologies, or digital sales.
