Community Engagement & Collaboration - **Actively monitor and manage community engagement** across all platforms (comments, direct messages, mentions) by providing timely, on-brand responses to **foster interaction and community growth**. - **Coordinate asset delivery** by effectively liaising with internal creative teams, including graphic designers, video editors, and producers. - **Ensure seamless and timely content delivery** by collaborating effectively with international teams, specifically those based in Mumbai and other global locations. Strategy & Reporting - **Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics**, compiling clear, insightful reports that provide actionable, data-driven suggestions for content strategy improvements. - **Proactively monitor US-based social media trends, pop culture, and entertainment news** to inform content creation, ensuring the brand's presence remains **fresh, relevant, and timely**.
