**Job Overview**

We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and digitally savvy **Social Media & Executive Assistant** to support our leadership team and manage our social media presence. This dual role requires someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and experience managing both administrative tasks and online content.

**Key Responsibilities:Executive Assistant Duties**:

- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Assist with personal errands or ad hoc projects as needed

**Social Media Responsibilities**:

- Manage and schedule content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Work with design/marketing teams to develop engaging and on-brand content
- Monitor social media trends, engagement metrics, and audience feedback
- Respond to comments and direct messages in a timely, professional manner
- Coordinate influencer collaborations or partnerships (if applicable)
- Report on campaign performance and suggest improvements

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Social Media Manager, or similar role
- Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Canva, Meta Business Suite)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with content creation tools and basic graphic design is a plus
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
