Mech/diploma - Freshers

Major Job Responsibilities:
1. 5S co-ordination with team members

2. Pull/Consumption control implementation of Up-stream process.

3. Standardization of the material movement.

4. Pull with supplier implementation for runner parts

5. Supermarket deviation monitoring on regular basis.

6. Drawings creation, 3D modeling support for tools, fixture, MTM table, drawer layouts, plants layouts.

7. Work Instruction creation, editions as per world class SOP.

8. Supports to planners for RPP, CIP projects.

9. Coordinate with suppliers for new orderings.

10. Maintenance of MFE documentations hard and soft copies machine programs, WI history, machine release, CP, etc.

11. Ergonomic study on stations

12. Master data updation support for TPM trackers

13. Support for streamlining vision system in assembly line

14. Drive lean activities on shopfloor
