We are looking for an experienced Rubber Compounding Quality & Operations Executive to join our team at our rubber compounding facility in Bidadi. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in rubber compounding, a sound understanding of mixing operations, and familiarity with rubber processing machinery such as mixing mills, intermixer/intermix, kneader, and related equipment.

This role combines technical quality oversight with day-to-day operational and documentation responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure the quality of rubber compounds as per customer specifications.
  • Monitor and control the rubber mixing process, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards.
  • Work closely with production staff to optimize mixing parameters and improve compound performance.
  • Understand and manage the operation of machines such as Mixing Mill, Intermix, Kneader, etc.
  • Maintain customer-wise stock statements and ensure timely reporting.
  • Handle invoicing, e-way bill generation, and associated paperwork accurately.
  • Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and production teams for smooth operations.
  • Assist in internal audits, batch documentation, and process record keeping.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 0-2 years of experience in rubber compounding or related field.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of rubber mixing operations and machinery (Mixing Mill, Intermix, Kneader, etc.).
  • Education: Diploma or degree in Polymer Science, Rubber Technology, Mechanical, or relevant field preferred.
  • Language: Must be able to speak Kannada & Hindi.
  • Location: Should reside near Bidadi or be able to commute daily without difficulty.
  • Skills:
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) for reports and stock statements.
  • Familiarity with invoicing and e-way bill generation systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Salary: Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
  • Other benefits as per company policy.

Schedule

  • Day shift
  • 6 days a week (Sunday off)
