Purpose of Job
- Support the Production Manager in Planning of jobs in all the machines
- Support the Production Manager in execution of the planning in all the machines
- Maintain Production data of all the machines
- Maintain Employees decorum and attendance and ensure people are working efficiently
- Coordinating with the maintenance team to help to solve any Machine breakdown issues

Eligibility Criteria
- Preferred Educational background: - Diploma in Printing technology
- Preferred Industrial experience in Printing and Packaging Industry - 1 years of working experience, we are also encouraging freshers.
- Good Command over English and Kannada. Other Indian Languages like Hindi, Tamil would be an added advantage
- Must have a strong desire to learn and ability to adapt soon
- Ability to walk, stand, and lift heavy objects for an extended amount of time
- Ability to act competently in emergencies
- Must have leadership qualities, to be able to maintain order and make workers work efficiently
- Should have good quality and skills for data maintenance.

Production Executive Roles and Responsibilities
- Help in maintaining discipline of workers and ensure workers are in their place to start production and recording machine wise worker position reports.
- Help the production manager in planning by analyzing the production data of all machines.
- Help in execution of the approved plan in all production process smoothly and swiftly
- Supervise the production departments work randomly and check for any quality issues and production efficiency issues in co-ordination with the quality in charge
- Ability to listen to workers problems and discuss with the production manager and find a solution to help both the parties
- Ability to recruit skilled/semi-skilled/unskilled workers from in and around the area
- Gathering the Raw Material requirement from various departments
- Training the workforce from time to time to improve efficiency
- Providing relevant approvals as per different department requirements
- Using Problem solving techniques as and when required
- Should be able to handle emergencies and use risk management techniques
- Facilitating various job work related activities
- Maintain Production Data

Location: - Bidadi, Karnataka

Days and Time: - Monday to Saturday: - 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
