We’re hiring a full time Customer Service Executive at Bhandup (Mumbai) location. This is work from office role.

Work days
- Mondays to Saturdays. (Saturday is work from home)

Key responsibilities:

- Handle google and app store reviews
- Manage order cancellations and confirmations
- Co-ordinate with internal and external teams (mainly logistics) in case of delays with order fulfillment or delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Should have a good command over english both writing and speaking
- Ability to resolve and win customer trust and satisfaction
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,508.17 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
