- Assist lead teachers in delivering lessons and facilitating classroom activities based on the IB (International Baccalaureate) and Cambridge curriculum.
- Assist in classroom management by ensuring students remain engaged and maintain appropriate behavior.
- Prepare instructional materials and set up classroom equipment as needed for lessons.
- Supervise students during non-classroom activities such as lunch, recess, field trips, and assemblies.
- Help with grading assignments, homework, and assessments under the supervision of the lead teacher.
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to adapt teaching strategies for students with diverse learning needs.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment that encourages student curiosity and academic growth.
- Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents, providing feedback on student progress when needed.
- Attend school meetings, workshops, and professional development programs to stay current on educational best practices.
