As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and assisting in various aspects of the sales process. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and develop valuable skills in a dynamic business environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales proposals and presentations.
- Maintaining and organizing sales records, customer databases, and sales reports.
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
- Learning about the company's products/services and staying updated on industry trends and market conditions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Instrumentation/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- 6 months to 1 years’ Experience in similar role is desirable. However outstanding Freshers can also apply.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), will be excellent.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for sales and a strong work ethic.
